Refund & Shipping Policy

At Street X®, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please review the following policy regarding shipping, returns, and refunds for all products and services on our site.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Order Processing & Delivery

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times:
January–August: 3–7 business days
September–December (Peak Season): 5–9 business days

Orders are shipped from U.S.-based warehouses. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.


๐Ÿ”„ Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a product with a quality issue or manufacturing defect, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging. Used or worn items are not eligible for return. Returns for reasons unrelated to product quality (such as change of mind) are not accepted.

๐ŸŽฅ Digital Products & Online Classes

All purchases of digital products, including yoga classes and downloadable content, are final sale and non-refundable.

If you are unable to download your purchased content or do not know how to access it, please contact our support team. We will respond within 24 hours to assist you.


๐Ÿงต Custom & Bulk Orders

Custom-printed products and corporate bulk orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the production design proof is approved.

We offer free design previews before production. If a production error occurs on our end, we will correct or replace the item at no additional cost.


๐Ÿ“ฌ Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product.

If your package is marked as “delivered” but has not arrived, please reach out to us within 5 business days. We will assist you in filing a carrier claim and provide support throughout the process.
